Are you a young performer or parent of a young performer who wants to get serious 25px 30px your craft? The six-week intensive workshop will help hone your skills, focus your objective and bring you the training you desire to better yourself and your career. Two classes per week are dedicated to your art and performance. One class per week is a Master Class with master teachers from the strip instructing you in acting, voice, dance and more. The perfect workshop for the serious student. Admission is by audition only.
The art of listening and reacting will be studied in this class. Students will learn from a Master actor why and how these traits will make them better at their craft.
Head, chest, mix and belt are all vocal terms students have heard. This class will clarify what each of them means and teach the proper technique to achieve them.
A Broadway-style dance call and class will teach students in jazz and ballet. Students will be coached in these styles to better their technique and form.
Physical Comedy - pratfalls, stage slaps and punches, and general silliness will be taught in this special class. Students will learn from the very ancient art of clowns.
The aspects of lighting, sound, props, costumes and scenery will be touched upon in this class. Giving the students an appreciation of what goes on behind the scenes.
In The Weekly Classes:
We will split the students into two groups. Each group will round-robin the classes for the day. In the Acting class, students will be focusing on characterization and technique. Monologues or scenes will be chosen for the students to perform at the final showcase. The Voice and Movement class will hone students' abilities in music and dance. Each class will focus on two group numbers teaching them singing, movement while singing and performance standards. These numbers will be performed at the final showcase.

Todd believes young people can do anything they want and loves helping them achieve their goals. Some of his former students include Kirstin Maldonado and Mitch Grassi of the Grammy Award-winning Pentatonix, Miguel Cervantes (Hamilton in HAMILTON - Chicago), Major Attaway and Brian Gonazales (ALADDIN - Broadway), Jennifer Stone of Disney's The Wizards of Waverly Place, Jay Johnson (Chip in ON THE TOWN - Broadway) and Will Ganss (ABC News).
